Todays working out, isn't working out.

I'm going to stay positive through and he said I should see huge amounts of improvement within 4 weeks.

I'm just not exactly sure what to think anymore. Nothing has been going well at all, I just got the call that my uncle is going on hospice and he doesn't have much longer to live , he has a rare blood cancer and chemotherapy can't help him at this point - he has been going through this for many years now. The cafe's sales have gone way down lately due to the weather. People have been so negative towards me lately and I'm really not sure why but I'm going to try to work through these issues. So I decided I needed to get a personal trainer to help me loose some weight and become healthier. He seems nice and tomorrow at 3:30pm I'm going to the gym and we can work on setting on some goals. I really hope this works well. I'll keep my blog updated on this, wish me luck!

I just completely finished packing for Sea World for Friday. Tomorrow I am driving to Los Angeles to spend time with some family then Friday morning I am off to Sea World. Yay! I'll post a TR when I return
