Life has been a bit frustrating for me lately. I have been hauling my sister around wherever she needs to go because her husband is... selfish. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing her, and I love my brother in law, it's just going up to Thousand Oaks everyday to give her a ride to and from work while her car is in the shop seems pointless when her husband could just as easily do it...

Like for example, this weekend I was supposed to go to my first ever MC meet! I was excited because I had made the decision to do it and was anticipating all of the fun to be had. While I'm getting ready, my sister calls me up to tell me her car broke down, and her husband couldn't be bothered to pick her up because well, he was hanging out with his friends and their apartment playing guitar hero 3. I was pretty mad, but went all the way from Ventura to T.O. to get her and take her to work... I figured it would be ok and I could still make the meet because it was on my way anyway.. but then she asked me if I could pick her up FROM work at 4 to take her home. She said her hubby had plans... I am kind of a pushover so I basically sqashed MY plans for the day to make her life more convenient...I love my sister... I just don't understand why she lets her hubby (who is a good person) act the way he does sometimes.... frustration to the max!...

I'm really bored because my class was cancelled, and being the environmentalist that I am, I carpool with a friend to school whose class is not cancelled. I'm really not feeling all that well today and would much rather be at home relaxing... *sigh*.
I've been thinking of quitting my job because I really hate it there. What is the point of having a job I hate that is off of my career path, anyway? I mean, I make a relatively nice amount of money there, but I think I'd rather make minimum wage and have less responsibility. Like, maybe work at a craft store? Somewhere like that would be much more enjoyable, in my opinion..
I didn't end up visiting my mom because my dad didn't want me to take my car and I wouldn't have been able to fit in my g-parents car b/c my g-ma is on oxygen and her machine takes up the whole back seat. I guess I'll be taking the train there for Thanksgiving.... I am still undecided on that situation because I just don't know if its worth it to live over there for a year when I have my career lined up in california once I graduate.

I spend a lot of time posting here, and find the community extremely entertaining so I figured I could donate $12 to something that I get so much use out of. One of the perks is having a "micespace" but I don't know how often I'll be using it since I have a personal blog over at livejournal.

Lately life has been stressful (when isn't it?) Between school and work, I feel like I have no time for the fun things anymore. Sundays are my only day of rest, and I am usually SO bombarded with homework that even THEN I am stressing. I know getting my BA is the best thing I can do for myself, but I am getting so burned out on school. I am an over-achiever so I don't give myself any room to slack off. I guess I just expected life to be a bit more carefree at this point..

But seriously, I have a lot to be thankful for, and complaining about being stressed isn't something I should do. I'm lucky I have the opportunity to even be in school so yeah.
