Blue pass blackout for Candlelight?

Hey CM's!

Can anyone tell me if the blue pass is blacked-out on either day of the candlelight presentations? My next door neighbor is a CM, but is out of town/out of contact for me to ask until after Nov 18th when the dinner packages go on sale.

assuming that candlelight is the firstw eekend in decemebr then yes blue passes are blocked out that weekend
