*Guests using complimentary ticket media for admission on their birthday are not eligible to receive these listed options.

I assume that means that if you sign-in someone on their birthday, they cannot receive the birthday fastpass or funcard or 1day/1 park admission that are available if they used their AP or multi-day admission on their birthday.

Yes. I believe there was already a thread about this a while back. Complementary admissions are usually not eligible for anything.
