does small world and storybook share a lead?

does anyone know does small world and storybook share a lead? i would think both are big enough attractions that they wouldn't have to share one, but the other day i saw a small world cast member doing some paperwork at storybook.
    anyone know?
if so do any other attractions share a lead?
is there one lead for all the fantasyland attractions around the castle, i.e snowwhite, pinnochio, dumbo, casey, alice, teacups, ect?

I sincerely doubt that any attractions lead would be in charge of attractions with different costumes. Storybook and iasw are on seperate rotations. I think it's safe to assume they have seprate leads.

Actually it's one costume, but HISTA has a "labcoat".

There can be a reason for this: one attraction Lead called in sick and couldn't find a replacement, or filling in until the replacement lead comes in. Happens several times when I was working there. Therefore, the callsigns get combined.

    Ex:

    HISTA + BLAB = BuzzSTA 1
    HISTA + Star Tours = HIStar 1

IASW and Storybook do not share a lead. They do share a backstage area and an office, so that's probably why you saw the Small World lead by Storybook. Also it's not uncommon to find that people can be lead's in more than one area and if a place is particularly busy they can shuffle people around to cover area's. Don't be surprised from time to time if you find someone in a Toontown costume at the Matterhorn or someone in a Classics costume at IASW.

The Observatron has a lead. In CDS, anyways.

A lead is the equivalent of a supervisor in real world terms.

Re: does small world and storybook share a lead?

When I worked Fantasyland, Pan/Toad/Carousel was one rotation. Snow/Pinocchio/Casey was another. Alice/Teacups/Dumbo was the third. Can't remember how many leads we had covering the three rotations at any one time though.

World and Storybook had separate leads.

As for working other attractions in a different costume, occasionally I'd get pulled from Small World, my frequent summer schedule, to work Matterhorn. Had to change costumes though.

Course that was when they had wardrobe, and you didn't wear your costume to work.

The only time I worked a location out of costume was when I was in the Main St./Parking Lot area and got pulled from Steam Trains to assist with breaks in the Lot, specifically driving trams. Never changed costumes on that one though.

It happens (more often lately) that a Lead will have to cover at two (sometimes more) Attractions that have different costumes. It's an unfortunate part of being a Lead...
