Placed on the wait-list around the third week of march 2011

Does anyone know when Disneyland hires people who've been put on the wait-list around march of this year? is it possible to be hired during this summer?

My understanding is that it truly depends on the department and rate of atrition. The Wait List is, for all intent and purpose, a pool to fill positions as people quit, are terminated, or transfer during the course of their summer employment. If you have a lot of people doing this, then they will call more people off the wait list. If, OTOH, the number of available CM's on the schedule remains steady, then fewer people off the wait list will be called. Some departments have a higher turnover rate than others. That's just the nature of summer employment at a theme park. If you don't hear anything after 6 months of originally applying, then I encourage you to apply again.

light1dragon, I would love to hear some follow up on this. Just had my interview and told I was a "recommended candidate" but unfortunately there were no openings for positions I was recommended for. Let me know if you were eventually hired.

I got an email last week telling me to call them back if I still wanted the job. After I did, I was scheduled to go to the casting center to do the paperwork, last Wednesday. Now I'm waiting to do traditions in about one and a half weeks
