Cars Land and Buena Vista Street Hiring?

Hi everybody, I know this type of question has been asked a million times,but I just wanted to see if anybody had any advice about the best way to get hired now that Cars Land and Buena Vista Street are opening soon. Cast Members that I've spoken to recently told me that notices have already gone up for current CMs that want to transfer. So will they be hiring outside people soon?
I'm currently in the 5th month of my second application period and I just applied to the DLR College Program again after not getting in the first time last semester.

Any information you can give is appreciated. Thanks for your help.

My advice: Be willing to hire in for anything available, and take whateer they offer, even if it's absolutely nothign close to what you want. Once you're in, you can wait the 4 to 6 months required, and then convert/transfer to the role of your preference.
