If your work issued shoes were to get ruined, would you have to pay to replace them?
Like, for example..if you are fostering two puppies until their new home is ready, and one chewed up one of the shoes...![]()

I think it's only fair that if they were worn down due to wearing them to work, the job would be responsible for replacing them, but if they were destroyed by your own actions outside of work, it would be your responsibility to replace them.
It's actually "Cars Land", not "Carsland".
back in my day we weren't allowed to take any of our costume items out of the park, and therefore they would replace them anytime needed. Heck I had costuming replace my canoe moccasins once a week.
I think if you take your costume home and its damaged at home, its the employees responsibility to replace it.
I took them in the other day and explained what happened, the lady working was a fellow animal rescuer / volunteers with shelters, so she was understanding and they replaced them at no charge. Thanks for all the replies and input though.![]()
