Probability of a Seasonal CM to get hired for a P/T CM?
Hello everyone,
I am completely new to this site, so I am sorry if I didn't post this thread in the correct place. If anyone can direct me in the right path, I'd apprectiate it(:
With that being said, let me start by saying that I recently had an interview a few days ago, and I was hired on the spot. Although I was seeking a p/t position, I was offered a seasonal position in retail. I accepted the offer. My question is, is it often that DL keeps seasonal employees?
Thank you for any help!(:

I've known many who have had the season stretch and stretch. Are you starting for Spring Break or Summer? After each your hours can be very limited.

Well I am supposed to start the first week of march, is it considered spring break?

Yes. Disney doesn't drop CMs without good reason. You represent a sizable investment in the amount of training, costumes, paperwork etc. involved that actually adds up to many many months pay when it's calculated out to hire a new CM. Keep good availability and don't give them any reason to fire you, and you should be fine.
I've never converted from seasonal to CR, but I would assume you would get dibs on positions before they are offered to someone off the street.
