Would the job work for a Mom of young ones?

    Hi there!

I am a mother of 3 school-aged children and am thinking about applying to Disney. I could work, faithfully, 9am-2pm M-F and possibly some weekends? What do you CMs (present or past) think about working at DLR for this soccer mom?

    Thanks! Jo

    wouldn't work out.
as a CM, you are obligated to provide full availability on the weekends.
they could care less about the hours you commit to them during the week, ironically.

Yeah I think the availability of CM's has to be from like 6pm onward for Casuals on the weekends and during the busier times you must be fully available every day of the week.

I would say go for it, but I do not think working at Disneyland and having three young ones would be exactly what is called healthy. But I've seen people with a lot of will to do something!!!! Disney is just an availability monster and they need you when they need you, regardless of what else is happening in your life.
