I would think so, but I am not a cm. I know it worked for my friend who was a newhire and not ft at the time.

ct's can still get themselves in with their pass. the blue pass however is off and on. sometimes it still works and sometimes it doesn't; it depends on the main entrance cm. the thing with the blue pass only applied when they were still paper. i've never been ct with the new cards, so i'm not sure.

the bottom line is: cts are still granted access with their id cards

As long as they have the hangtag in the car and they are by themselves why doesn't he park in K lot? I did that a lot when I worked there.

Your ID should also be valid at the parking structure as a CT, though I'm not entirely certain.

    Re: APs for Cast Members

CTs do NOT have the same access privileges as CRs or above. They basically only get access during the seasonal period (when they are supposed to be working)... last I remember (I could be wrong), it was like Labor Day through the week after New Years... minus the typical CM lockouts for Christmas week.

Yes, you will need to get an AP during the time you are not allowed access into the Parks. Also, your discount (merchandise and food) discounts as well as your free parking at Mickey and Friends are not supposed to work when you normally would not have Parks access. The CMs are supposed to deny you.

    You are seasonal. 'nuff said.

Also, I wouldn't get yourself into the Park through a backstage entrance... especially on a CM lockout day. I know many people who got fired for that.

There is about a $30 discount on DLX and PAP, but none of the others. You just have to show it at the ticket booth...

In the 6 years I've been at Disneyland there has always been a CM discount for APs although it it not well known. I looked into it several years ago when a family member asked me about it. I posted the exact pricing earlier in the thread and that information came from the Disney Portal.

Last I remember it's $20 off a Deluxe or a Premium Passport... and you can buy them at either the Team Center or any Main Entrance Ticket Booth. You can buy them for friends and family.

    Re: APs for Cast Members

The beauty of this thread is things are becoming clearer over time.
From what I've gathered, the word is that CTs are ONLY admitted during seasonal times (ironically when DLX is blocked out D: interesting), and the CT card will still... get parking?
Or something. Clarify once again, folks.
