When I worked at the Emporium in the Summer of 2000, I helped out Dustin Diamond (Screeh from Saved by the Bell). He was looking for The Little Mermaid DVD, but we didn't have it, and Main Street was already closed...so he couldn't go to 20th Century Music across the way. I guess I really didn't help him, did I?

Hmmmmm..... Who haven't I seen at Disneyland. Eddie Van Halen and Valerie Bertenelli, Michael Jackson (3 times once with Brooke Shields), William Shatner, and many more I just can't remember right now

    Mickey 75th Statues

I know when the 75th statues at DCA some artists came to see their Mickey, including Wayne Brady. One of my pin trading friends saw him in Greetings before I got there and had a nice conversation with him while they were both waiting in line. He was there with his kid.

I've also heard from CMs about having Britney and Christina (who make it hard because they love to shop and then they have to close down the entire store- which is really hard on Main Street), Johnny Depp (who is a really great dad to his kids), John Stamos (who loves Big Thunder), Carmen Electra and her husband among others. [Things you learn on the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour.]

Can you tell I want to work in Guest Relations?

WOW, this is a GREAT thread. Do any of you have any funny stories about when you met them in the parks. I like seeing who all has been spotted at the parks, but I want to hear some wonderful stories from these meetings!!!!

My last trip to Disneyland I ran into Barry Williams (Greg Brady) buying food at DCA's Hollywood Backlot.

A friend at Autopia told Christina Aguilera "You've got nothin' on Brittany!". Apparently one of Christina's friends/dancers found it very funny!

I heard Johnny Depp was there a lot preparing for Black Pearl, I wonder if he'll do the same for Pirates 2.

I saw Kobe Bryant while in line for Dumbo. The entire fantasyland stopped everything just to watch the rapist and his family ride the merry-go-round. I seriously don't understand people's fasination with celebrities.

This goes back a few years ago, but I still remember it like it was today...

The Playmate, Erica Eloziak (sp???) the blonde that also was in the movie Under Seige (she jumped out of the cake). We bumped into each other as we got off of Space Mountain. She apologized and then I realized who she was. As I walked out behind her, I noticed that EVERYONE was checking her out as we made our way back into circulation.

We also saw Nicolaus Cage and Lisa Marie (when they were still together) at DCA. Got a quickie pic with him. All I could do was tell the kids that Lisa was Elvis' daughter. They didn't know her otherwise.

My daughter spotted the two girls from 8 simple rules and we got their pictures. They were very nice. Also the short pudgy kid from the Disney shows (don't know his name).

Over the years, we have seen quite a few famous folks.

We are now trained to seek out the plaid dressed CM's walking in the park, they are usually escorting someone famous.

When I worked at DL in the '80's, I remember 3 celebrity run-ins. Hugh Hefner with Miss July and Miss August (I remember because it said so across their T-shirts,) said hi to me while working at the turnstile position at Subs; I spoke to Margo Kidder (Lois Lane from the first Superman movie) and her daughter during a nighttime special event party, again at subs; and finally, I had to tell Peter Scolari (Tom Hank's co-star on Bosom buddies) that he had to wait if he wanted to ride in the front seat on Space Mountain. As I write this, I realize this took place 20 years ago. 'Jeez I'm old.
