    CM Pay

Trying to get all my ducks in a row for when I move. Thinking of working at the park. Just need to know how much do the different positions pay. Thanks.

Too bad those aren't FL rates... :-( Maybe I wouldn't have so many arguments with my husband over going back

Holy crap, CMs don't make any money.

For all the hassle, annoying guests, weird rules?

Wow, I was impressed by CMs before, but this takes the cake. You guys are amazing.

    Awesome... Congratulations!
I was just wondering how exactly did you get into management?
I'm just wondering for the future. Currently I'm coming back for my what will technically be my third college program (Started Summer, extended into the fall, doing Summer Alumni). I plan on coming back after I graduate from college and that will be next year in the fall.
But I was just wondering if they usually pull from front line, or does anyone ever go directly into management?

I don't plan on trying to do that because I still want to work front line (or even do another College Program) for a little bit more, especially because there's a certain spooky house that I haven't got to work yet and it would be the ultimate dream of mine to be trained there (and I know how hard it is... I worked in the area, just not at the right attraction and being CP I wasn't allowed to cross).

Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated : )

Stage hand union? Or the local tech union...

I know that in that department the park is vastly understaffed. If you've been trained enough and have the right contacts with the techs in the park, you're in. They need people really bad.

Their starting salary is pretty nice too!

CM pay will always be low because behind every CM there's a MiceChatter waiting to work for free!!
