I am selling two premium annual passes for $425 each on Ebay. That's even cheaper than last year's prices. I would have renewed, but we are now expecting our first child and won't be able to use the tickets. They tickets just need to be activated by January 3, 2011 and then are valid for 365 days. Annual passports are non-transferrable. When purchasing you would've had to give your name & address before checking out when you buy it online. So I don't see how you can sell these and the purchaser being able to validly using them. I'm sure when they go to activate it that it will have your name & address as the owner of them.
They have not been activated and therefore anyone can use them. I have done it before and had no problems. Only once you actually use the ticket and then process the passport they can not be transferred. It is like buying those 3 day passes at the grocery store. I have used this type of ticket before and they have never asked for my ID at the gate. Yes, once you process the passport but it is not for verification, it is to make it *your* passport.

I'm looking at the Disneyland website right now and upon purchasing them it asks for the "passholder information" of name & address. So curious what did you put in for that info so that anyone would be able purchase these from you and then go and activate them and then process them at the annual passport center without any problems. It also says right on the purchase page at the bottom that annual passports are non-transferrable.
And the 3 day passes that you can purchase at the grocery store don't have someones name attached to it. Where as annual passports do upon purchase.
These passports were gifts. They did not require a name at the time of purchase.
