Creating your own vintage Disney attraction poster

I am new to this site and was wondering if I can get some help from you guys.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a website that had a tutorial on teaching you how to create a vintage disney attraction poster either done in photoshop or in illustrator. Thanks for your help =)

what are you trying to make a poster of? There is no program - it is just a matter of having artistic talent.

you can do the posters on like photoshop, but I was wondering is if there is a tutorial teaching you the basics on what to do to design a poster like those.
