I know my team mate and I are cutting it close, but I was wondering how everyone gets their t-shirts made? The places we've shopped around to want $30-40 per shirt, is that normal? We really don't have the money for all of that. I was hoping there was a cheaper way aside from iron on transfers or something.

We bought cheap t-shirts and tank tops from wal-mart and got the printer transfer sheets from a local craft store

we used CafePress.com for our shirts, we had 1 made a coupel of weeks ago so we could check the quality since our logo is made to be viewed in 3D, and since it transferred well we went ahead and printed the other 3 with them. the first year we did the rally we used tshirt iron-on transfers but they were very thick and made our shirts really hot and sweaty

they are also doing our surprise Pasta Party team shirts...and that's all i have to say about that, lol

The guy who did our "Eisner Initiative" shirts from last year's rally is also doing our "Sons Of Eisner" shirts for this year. He does them all at his home since he has all the gear for silk screening and what not. He's a good friend of mine so I knew well ahead of time where to go to have custom shirts made.

I know that some t-shirt places in malls will do a picture on a shirt for $20 to $30, depending on what color shirt, etc. This usually includes the price of the shirts. However, the quality isn't all that fantastic and the picture on the shirt usually cracks after just a few washes.

I am loving these shirts. Nice way to keep the same logo, but for different people. Great job.
