Special Noon Meet - July 17th - for Disneyland's Birthday

Our favorite theme park is growing a year more magical this Sunday, July 17th. Let's meet at noon at the Walt and Mickey statue in the central hub of Disneyland (as usual), have lunch together and then ride a few of Walt's classics to commemorate the special occasion.

I will be there. Its my birthday as well. I try never to miss. Will be at the Disneyana convention on Saturday then at Disneyland Sunday. I got a hotel room for the night so I can do this.

I wasn't going to be at Disneyana show. I live north of Car-Mageddon. I live North of the Mulholland Bridge that will close the San Diego Freeway from Ventura Freeway 101 to the Interstate 10, so I was expecting traffic on the 5 Freeway to be closer to gridlock than usual. I'm proposing that we do one during the D23 Expo. August 21st is that Sunday going to work for a good photo meet?

D23 Expo weekend we will be working the booth all weekend long. But stop by the MiceChat booth at noon that Sunday and say hello.

Check before you leave. I-5 is most likely going to be dead, there's too much traffic for normal days, and these won't be normal.

But 118 East, 210 East, 605 South should get you around the mess. It'll add a good 25 miles, but you'll be moving.

as of right now, we plan on a visit but will depend on if we can get all needed chores done tomorrow since X starts a new out of town job 8/3. plan for tomorrow morning is to wake up early, start chores and push to get it all done so we can head up sunday morning
