Empty Grave and Sinister Pointe Meet Up
Friday October 14th, 2011

Not all of the great haunts are in the theme parks. Two local Orange County independent haunts are well worth visiting and for a fraction of the price you'd pay by going elsewhere. We are very lucky to count the creators of both of these haunts as friends and can't want to join you as we experience their newest creations!

MEET US THERE - Friday, Oct 14th
The Empty Grave and Sinister Pointe

Come to one or come to both and have dinner with us at Garden Walk. The night will begin at the Anaheim Garden Walk. We will start with dinner at Bar Louie at 5pm and then head into the Empty Grave at 7pm. From there, we will then caravan over to Brea for the maniacal Sinister Pointe.

Here is all the information you will need for the evening.


5:00pm
We will be meeting at Bar Louie at the Anaheim GardenWalk at 5pm for casual eats and drinks. If you are running late it's really no big deal. The Empty Grave doesn't open until 7pm and is less than 100ft from the restaurant. DIRECTIONS TO THE EMPTY GRAVE HERE

6:30 EMPTY GRAVE - MiceChat price $7.00
(Must be purchase with our group, only good Friday Oct 14th)
When the box office to The Empty Grave opens we will purchase our tickets as a group so that they know who to give the discount to. I have not heard back from The Empty Grave regarding the exact discount but I KNOW we are getting one. General admission is $13 but the MiceChat price will be $7.00 so just figure less than that.

8:00pm
We will then finish up at The Empty Grave and get in our cars to travel to Brea for Sinister PointeDIRECTIONS TO SINISTER POINTE HERE

8:30pm SINISTER POINTE - MiceChat Price $31.00 (max price, read below)
Sinister Pointe is a fiercely unique haunted attraction in which you cannot have the same experience twice. Visitors must choose their own path through the maze and interact with show scenes and elements in order to proceed. Breaking new ground this is a maze that demands you travel through it several times to take it all in. Due to the nature of the attraction, only small groups will be allowed to enter at a time. This will likely be leading to very long lines. Thankfully Sinister Pointe offers a front of the line option that we will be taking advantage of. The more people that we get to show up, the bigger our discount will be .

The regular prices are as follows
General Admission - $15.00
All Nite Pass - $28.00
One time front of the line - $23.00
All night Front of the line - $33.00

Empty Grave is always great. I've never been to Sinister Point, so I'm excited to go this year.

These sound like fun. Are they worth the drive from San Diego. Are they just one maze, or a grouping of mazes?

^^ Having not been to Th Empty Grave (I've heard good things about it though) I can absolutely without a doubt 100% recommend heading to Sinistre Pointe from San Diego.

They are in a new permanent location after taking last year off to do Queen Mary's "Dark Harbor" but this year sounds INSANE. Since they don't have as many people to funnel through they keep the groups small (up to four people each group which keeps the lines long, but the scares top notch) And hands down the best part though, is having multiple paths to go through creating a twisted choose your own adventure style nightmare.

I would love to attend this event, We will be in town on the 14th for the Wedding the next day on the 15th, I hope we can get together on that friday and possibly do both. We are hoping that you guys will be attending the wedding on the 15th, the ultimate Haunt. Mwahhhh haah haaaaah

I will be working Sinister Pointe, and it looks awesome! Keep in mind you will have to do this maze a few times to fully epxerience the different route that you have to choose from.

• Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event at the respective locations at very special MiceChat discounted rates
• Meet on the side patio of Bar Louie at 5pm (located in the Anaheim Garden Walk downstairs from the theaters and directly across from the Empty Grave haunted attraction).
• If you miss dinner or don't have time for it, please attempt to arrive to the Garden Walk by 6:45. We'll either still be on the side patio of Bar Louie, or we'll be assembling in front of the Empty Grave.
• Once finished at Empty Grave, we'll give you instructions on how to find Sinister Pointe, where we'll reassemble for even more frightful fun.

Sounds good. To be able to go through a maze in Garden Walk will be like walking through a demented mall.
