Gumball Rally Best Team Names and Logos Contest

Every year, we give away two unique awards at the Gumball Rally, one for best team name and one for best team logo. We also give a spirit award.

This year, we are inviting teams who would like to be in consideration to post their names and/or logos here and make their best case for why they should win. They can lobby all they want, but the final voting will be done by the 100+ Rally volunteers on game day. They'll get a complete list of all candidates who entered in this thread and then turn in their votes for best team name, best team logo and spirit award at the end of their shift.

So, let's see what you've got folks. Show us your creativity!

I guess I'll start us off! Second year rally team here. We added a 4th team member, so we decided a new name was in order. Without further ado, I present you the 2012 Gumball Rally champs:

We didn't ride our namesake attraction last year. We won't be able to ride it this year, as it's getting new ride vehicles.

But you know what? That's okay.

We are Team ATAK!

'ATAK!' is an acronym created from the first letter of our names (Anita, Taylor, Andrew, Kari). We wanted a team name that was Disney related, and we figured since Marvel is now part of Disney, we would go with a superhero theme! It also best describes how we are going to approach each attraction in order to (hopefully) win the Gumball Rally -- attack, attack, attack!

The idea of our team logo continues off of our superhero theme. Since superheros usually originated from comics, we designed our logo to mimic those "POW!" and "BAM!" signs you see when bad guys get beat up by the heros.

I forgot to lobby for my team name:
Toot is my youngest daughter, who proudly lives up to the name and her personal mascot is Little Toot. Whistle is me, represented by Jiminy Cricket (...give a little whistle, you know) Plunk is my oldest daughter (the cello player) whose mascot is Alan-a-Dale (from Robin Hood.) And Boom is my one and only son.... his personal logo is Animal playing the drums, natch! As you can guess, we love us some Disney music (and the more obscure the reference the better!)
