    Memorial Day Meet (Merged threads)

Just wondering if there is going to be a noon meet on Memorial Day for those of us with Deluxe Passes who are blacked out on Sunday? I am not for sure if I will be there myself, but I might. And if I know others will be there then maybe I will go.

Any thoughts on this, or does anybody know if they are going?

And I am not going to pay $30 for a black out pass. I remember when it cost $8 to get in and when it got up to $20 I thought that was outrageous! LOL

    Re: Memorial Day Meet

I think after reading Radiobarry's caution post about two games happening in the area, along with the fact that it is Memorial Day weekend will turn most MC'ers away.

    Re: Memorial Day Meet

Thanks Liz. I guess that will probably scare off most people. I live close enough to where I can take Harbor Blvd. all the way from Newport which takes me about 30 minutes give or take compared to the usual 20.

Well, I will see if anyone else responds to this or if I get any PM's. Otherwise I will probably stay home and catch the games on TV.

But it is going to be a long time since I can go again, probably not until June 1st or 2nd. Maybe I will go on Monday just to go see Pirates Lair and then bail. But if more people are interested that would be cool!

    Monday, May 28, Pirate's Lair

DisneyIPresume, said it first, but those of us "lower class" AP's are blacked out 'til Monday.

Who wants to have meet for Pirate's Lair? Or maybe a noon meet too? Or not?

Let's get together! Husband (Batman, as Pezz calls him) and I will be there. Won't you?

Re: Monday, May 28, Pirate's Lair

I have to work at 1 but I am planning on being there early so I don't have to park out in the middle of BFE.

Good possiblity I'll be there, Wolfette wants to have a "Daddy Day" so I figure I'll end up at the Park. PM me if you'd like my number to meet up.

If we didn't have people coming over for a BBQ we were thinking about it.

Not just that, but Belle has to work to get stuff done before our trip next week.

    So no go for us.

Wolfy, if anything changes we'll give you a call. (I still have your cheshire cat pin)

So would we be meeting at a morning time at the hub, or would we be meeting elsewhere?

So cool. Looks like others will be there too!

Should we all meet at 10 then? Hub or otherwise?

10 sounds good for me. Since there are a few of us maybe we should just meet at the hub?
