    July 13 - Dinner, Fantasmic! and Nemo

    Now that Fantasmic! is back I am looking forward to checking it out for the first time. I've seen videos, but never have I experienced it in person - so I decided to make an evening of it and was wondering if anybody else would like to come along.

    Friday - July 13th


    7:00 pm
    Dinner at DCA in the Wine Country Trattoria at The Golden Vine Winery.

    10:30 pm
    After dinner at DCA we'll walk over to DLR and get our spots for Fantasmic!

    ~11:00 pm
    After Fantasmic! we'll head on over to Finding Nemo and wait in line.

    Youve never seen Fantasmic????? Ohhh you will Love it!!! That sounds like such a fun evening as well. It is still aways for me....not sure as of now.

    Due to having other things to take care of later in the day I wasn't able to stay in the park until night. As it is I hadn't seen a fireworks show in years, and just saw it two weeks ago and was blown away. I'm sure Fantasmic! will be the same.

    As for this being early, I know ... but I just wanted to have enough time for people to see this and think about it ... plus get enough interest going so I can make reservations.

    I'm not sure about the dinner in DCA, but I bet I could join you for F! all the same. So as of now, count me in for half of it.

    You might want to consider getting there a little earlier... with the popularity of Fantasmic! and the fact that it's been on hiatus, the good spots tend to be taken up right away... like as soon as the previous show is over! You really want to be there as soon as the crowds start moving out, and zoom right in and grab a spot. But be expecting a whole mob doing the same thing so you have to be quick.

    I might go if I don't have my son. When I took him there the last time we stayed out way too late! He was exhausted the entire weekend -- which maybe is a good thing! LOL

    This sounds like alot of fun! I have not watched Fantasmic in a while and it will be fun to see it with a newbie

    yeah, i would go to the first show, and wait for hours to get a good spot!! like around 7pm or so
