I had the opportunity to see a preview copy of this film a couple of weeks ago. It was really well done and VERY candid for a Disney approved project. Quite enjoyable.

I saw this movie during its Oscar qualifying run earlier this year and highly recommend it! Having Leslie Iwerks and Roy E. Disney participate in a Q&A makes it even better. I would see it again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I can't go due to a previous commitment, but I definitely encourage everyone else to go if you can. It's two thumbs up!



P.S. Can someone ask about the DVD release date? Leslie mentioned a DVD was definitely happening during the Q&A at the screening I attended, but no dates were set yet. At least I don't remember a release date being mentioned. LOL! Thanks!

If I were a local I wouldn't hesitate to go. Roy Disney and Leslie Iwerks having produced and directed The Pixar Story is definite affirmation of Disney's approval. An open public Q&A session with them would be quite a privelege - and memorable. Hope everybody has fun.
