May 26, Memorial Day, Indiana Jones Noon Meet

So, it's that time of year again, when all of us Deluxe Passholders are blocked out on Sunday, and we are forced to have a ghetto-tastic noon meet on the actual holiday of the three day weekend.

But this year, Shocker-Batman and I propose a theme this Monday. We propose INDIANA JONES AND THE MEMORIAL MONDAY! Bwa ha ha.

We are going to ride a jeep deep into the Temple of the Forbidden Eye, discover the Secret of the Stone Tiger, watch the madness and lawsuits unfurl in the streets of Adventureland, listen to the Jungle Skippers butcher the spiel with needless Indiana Jones references, search for our secret message to guide us to limitless cyber-treasures, retrieve photographic evidence of our encounter with a rolling boulder of death, and decode those glyphs like they've never been decoded before!

All this will culminate in a showing of "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" at Downtown Disney at a time of our choosing. All the chaos starts at noon on Memorial Day, at the hub. Who's with us?!

I don't know. The plan was to go to Adventureland, do whatever it is we are going to do, eat meals whenever we like, and see the movie whenever we're done in Adventureland. A casual, un-scheduled sort of deal. When do you work?

Excellent! The meet is at noon, at the hub. We'll then decide on lunch, as per usual, and then head into Adventureland together.

And tell your friends that this is a great first meet to come to, as I don't anticipate TONS of people being there. A nice small-ish group.

I am hoping to get the PEZlings there tomorrow.
They won't go on Indy or to the movie, but we will have to leave by 3:00 anyway.

Until then, I'm sure they would like to check out the Cave of Wonders Stone Tiger, Jungle Cruise, etc...

It's the day before I get back from vacation...but it'll be well worth it!!

Good night everyone, probably see you tomorrow! But I don't think I'm going to the movie either. I only get down to DL once a month and I like to get every ride done. But I'll definitely do some rides with everyone!

I will be at Disneyland tomorrow, but won't be able to join you guys... I'm with other peoples, but I'll be sure to don my fedora, leather jacket (if its not too hot... judging by recent weather, i'd say it wont be too bad), and khaki pants... I'll look for all you guys wearing similar stuff tomorrow haha!
