Does anyone know if i buy a D23 membership at Disneyland will i get my membership card, certificate, and magazine there when i purchase it? or do you just pay the $74 and it will be sent to you by mail? I need to know cause i want to buy it tomorrow so i can get my D23Expo tickets and not have to wait for my membership to arrive if i order it online. Also does anyone know if there are Discounts like Cast Discounts or Annual Passholder Discounts for the D23 Membership?

When you buy your membership at a Disney park or Disney Store, you are essentially buying a $74 gift card. You still have to sign up online. When you sign up, you will get your membership number by email, so you can still buy the discounted Expo tickets without having your membership kit, which takes about 2 weeks to arrive. Also, there are no discounts on membership for anybody, even cast members and annual passholders.
The only real reason to buy the D23 membership in the park is if you intend to gift it to someone.
Otherwise, just sign up directly online and cut out the extra step of going to the park first.
