what if igers presentation is sold out?

So I plan on getting to the expo and being in attendance thursday only. I hope to get to the expo by 9am but with traffic coming in from santa monica you never know. does anyone know if the arena fills up if they plan on having overflow theatres to watch it on video screens like in the storytellers theatre etc? It would be really frustrating to miss it live but I would have some solace knowing i could at least watch in on a video screen

Right now it's anyone's guess what the situation will be. But it does appear that all plans should only be considered 'options' at this point, as we won't know anything until we are actually there, or read reports from others.

I'm sitting here with a four page plan of what I hoped to do on my two days, carefully considered and written two weeks ago. But, just like the Pirates Code, they ain't be rules, but more like guidelines.
