Go to the D23 site and order online. It will take you through a series of screens and then ask for your credit card number. You will get an immediate reciept.
Go to the d23 website and click on Expo and Events. Click on the studio tour and there should be a link beside the "ticket" info which says, "click here for tickets"

I didn't have to pay. They said they'll contact me by email if it opens up and then submit payment.
Did anyone else have an issue with The April date? When I click on the link it took me one of the movies. I changed the date in the URL to 10APR10, and it took me to the correct site for the tour. And I got my tickets!

Same thing happened to me. I got nervous knowing that time is of the essence, and went to the February date and scored two tickets.
Yay, just got an email that I was off the wait list and can buy tixs.

Got my tix for the February tour!! I really didn't think I would since I was on the waitlist, but I got the email conforming me a spot!
Congrats on getting in. What time did you get?
I'm curious as to how the waitlist works since spots are not cancellable or refundable, so did they just add more seats to each tour?
