Has any one heard any more about the merchandise rsps? I thought that we were suppose to get a final confirmation by September 15.

I got my RSP confirmation. It came via snail mail. I think I got it Sept. 6, or at least the 7th. I got everything I asked for. (The only LE things were the pin set and the Mickey figurine, though.)

So is anyone going to plan a meet-up or a meal?

I sent an email to the Experient's D23 Event Team last week and still have had no response, I do have a confirmation email for the event. I also realized the payment has not been deducted from my account, has anyone else not had their payment taken out?

This is starting to worry me, I guess I'll find out when I go Thursday night for registration.

I had my payment taken out right away. It does sound like something might be wrong. Does anyone have a phone number for Experient? There's that Disney Store number, but that wouldn't help.

You'd think if you bring your confirmation, though, that they could figure something out.

Re-confirmation for both Destination D and the scavenger hunt were sent out via email today.

If you didn't get them, I would be concerned.

Also, I just called to find out about buying two more of the non-limited-edition ice cream bowls and was told that NONE of the merchandise is sold out. :)

How r u able to order the event merchandise already?

There are two sets of merchandise. There was advanced merchandise, which was sold via RSP a few weeks ago, and then there's the stuff that was in the email they just sent out (some pins and patches, mostly), which will be sold at the event. (Although it sounds like the advanced stuff is still left as well. Most of that actually wasn't limited, though.)
