Got my calendar and certificate yesterday, but the membership card never showed up.
Anyone have an email address to inquire about that?

If I recall correctly, there's a customer service/guest service email address at the bottom of your order confirmation. Consider using that to find out more about your email.
Also, I read a while back on D23's facebook comments that email [email protected] actually can get better response
