That is what surprised me the most. No DVDs, except Toy Story 3. Just seemed so odd. Even the mall stores still carry DVDs and CDs...

Went to the Times Square Disney Store on Monday afternoon with a 25% off coupon to pick up some ornaments of classic Disney characters.

Found a bunch, but finding ones on the shelves that weren't broken was a real challenge. All of the Maleficents were missing hands or the tip of her scepter, a Mickey Mouse in his band uniform with an MMC drum were missing the tip of his drumsticks or feather on his hat, etc....

When I asked an employee if they had any in the back and if they could go look I was told "No."

I didn't feel like finding a manager who most likely would have rectified the situation, but it just added to the disappointment that Times Square Disney Store is.

Even when we went, it had been soft opening only 2 days I think, we were the first group of people in the store that day... and several ornaments were broken like that as well. Should be unsurprising that it was worse, but it is.
