D23 Expo Live Auction question

I've tried to find out more info on the live auction at the D23 Expo, and it's pretty spotty. My question was if D23 Expo participants would be allowed access to the live auction as spectators?

Here's what I found at the live auction website;

Ticket Sale Information:
Tickets for the D23 Live and Silent Auction Package are $45 each. No discounts will be offered in conjunction with this package. Separate D23 Expo admission is required. Guests wishing to participate in the D23 Live & Silent Auction Package at the Anaheim Convention Center - Anaheim, CA on Saturday, August 20, 2011 can purchase an Auction Package ticket now.

Here's what D23 did in 2009:

Admission to the D23 Expo Live Auction is included in all D23 Expo tickets. There will be an additional "Auctioneers Package" fee required for guests who wish to participate in the auction.

Tickets for the D23 Auctioneers Package are $40 each. No discounts will be offered in conjunction with this package. Separate D23 Expo admission is required. Subject to availability.

For what it's worth, I hope that D23 DOES allow D23 participants access to the live auction as spectators. I know several people who'd like to watch the action unfold, but NO WAY are they paying $45/person (2011 price) to be a spectator.

Last expo the auction was in the arena. This year it is a smaller venue. Doubt non-paying people will be let in.

It's been posted that if there are seats available, non-bidding attendees will be allowed to attend. So it just depends on how many people sign up.
