    Talking about using computers through the years and how technology has helped imagineers built attractions, shows, restaurants and even outdoor areas. "We're able to experience attractions that are opening in 2017 and 2018!"

    Discussing how to bring stories to life in new ways. Life action role playing and "play testing." How to invite guests to interact and engage in order to create a new form of story telling. "There is no playbook for this sort of thing."

    Be fearless. Be curious. Nurture the nuggets. Set up a challenge, then challenge your assumptions. Feed creativity. Collaborate at all levels. Be an example of smart risk. Encourage everyone. Celebrate spectacular failures that enable magnificent success.
