Disney Cruise Line any West Coast Sailings?

If anyone has any info into any more West Coast sailings it would be helpful!

There are none planned in the near future...keep fingers crossed for a few years from now, a new ship is being built.

DQ, I checked Expedia.com, but I know I'm not looking in the right spot (never have used this site before). Can you post a link to this information?....Thanks ahead of time.

Re: Disney Cruise Line any West Coast Sailings?

Let me look, I could be totally wrong, but I thought I saw something when I was poking around a month or so ago.

All I could find is a 7 day western cruise on the Magic with a few stops in Mexico in 2006. I guess I was wrong I could swear I had seen west coast crusies.....

Re: Disney Cruise Line any West Coast Sailings?

I would appreciate a link as well. 2007 is a bit far but plenty of time to save! Dont have the money for the current ones. Make sme sad guess a non-Disney Mexican Riviera cruise will have to do till then. Thanks!

My current dream and wish is to have the Magic permanently based in Los Angeles at some point. And, to be on that repositioning cruise to "bring her home". I miss her terribly.

Re: Disney Cruise Line any West Coast Sailings?

ORDDU: My sisters and I seem to recall reading an article, not long ago, that suggested there would be no more West Coast Disney Cruises any time soon--due to the fact that the East Coast wanted their ship back and, also, because the budget didn't allow for a new, West Coast Ship to be built for the time being.

ORWEN: Even so, the West Coast Disney Cruise was a big success. In one article we read, it suggested that it was even TOO successful--if you can believe such a thing. Anyway, we hope a West Coast Disney Cruise eventually becomes a permanent reality.
