MUMBAI -- Rajat Jain has ankled as managing director of the Mouse house in India. He leaves the job after three years and has not announced his next move.

"Rajat came in at the very start and has laid a strong foundation for growth for the Walt Disney Company in India," Andy Bird president, Walt Disney International said in a statement. "International expansion and growth of the Disney brand in India is a key priority for the Company. We see enormous opportunity to accelerate the growth of our Indian business to its next chapter in this exciting region."

Jain will continue to work with Bird in India until a replacement is found.
