Apparently, there's an Ecto 1 in the Hot Wheels assortments.

I don't like having to compete with the HW collectors but if I ever happen upon one, I'll definitely get it especially since they're just a $1.

Really? I want one too. If I see an extra I will grab it.

Has anyone heard anything about toys for Sorcerer's apprentice? I'm digging the look, and it'd be unlike Disney/Bruckheimer to not merchandise. Toy Story, Persia, and Tron licensors have already been announced...any word?

Sure! I imagine Coheteboy may want one as well.

Good luck! At least down here, the Hot Wheels collectors (whether scalpers or not) are more dedicated to the hunt than us SW collectors.

I have a feeling that Mattel might make this into an SDCC exclusive. Maybe with a fancier paint job and rubber tires and a display case.

Haha I knew it! Dude, you haven't even seen what it looks like.

So I guess we'll all be checking the Hot Wheels pegs from now on.

Absolutely. I sometimes check them out just to see what is out there. I keep wondering if they will do a realistic Pizza Planet truck in Hotwheels someday.

Disney Store.com is now selling the Toy Story Legos too. A little more, but surprisingly not too much more. And if a coupon comes around....

And I'll keep my eyes out for the Hotwheels too, in case I happen across an ECTO for you guys.
    It's a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah...Tip for Today!

I'm really regretting not buying the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man bank figure when it was available at TRU. I honestly didn't think they were going to sell out. Same goes for the Ghostbusters minimates as well.

Toys'R'Us in Cerritos (605 south street exit) had quite a few Ghostbuster minimates today.... mostly from the 2nd movie though.

I visited another TRU today and got the Slimer/Venkman slimed minimate set. They had quite a few of the Stay Puft banks but I decided not to get one.

Don't forget Aquaman as part of that DCIH set.

I think the Plastic Man is TERRIFIC. He is easily one of the best DCUC figures ever.
