Re: New line of Toy Story toys to be released

But... but.. but she doesn't look scary and eeeevil!!!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Sorry that above link didn't work, but here you can see LOTS-O-HUGGIN' BEAR along with packaged shots of Bullseye and Jessie:

Toy Fair 2010 - Disney Consumer Products

And in this shot you can see the new Mr. Potato Head with a box that looks so authentic that I didn't know it was the Thinkway version:

Can't wait for these....The collection has been amazing thus far. I have 1 boxed and 1 open of each because the detail is so amazing. I know they said May 1st for a lot of the toys. Will Potato Head, Jesse, Bullseye, break sooner?

GAH! Did not see this. I just posted an overly excited post on the Toy Fair 2010 thread hahaha.
Well if anything my giddyness is entertaining .

Just read through this entire thread, LOVE all your shots man... seriously nice stuff.
Great recreations of scenes from the movie.

I would still really like them to add The Prospector,Zurg, Mrs. Potato Head, and Weezy to complete the Toy Story 2 characters.
And as far as Toy Story 1, we still definitely need Hamm, Slink, and Bo Peep.

Thanks! That was with my old camera too so I can't wait to redo these sometime with the new one.

Click here for a close up shot of Jessie and packaging:

Click here to get a close-up of Bullseye and packaging (note the clear display stand he comes with... probably can't stand up on his own)

And click here for a close-up of the upcoming Mr. POtato Head and the packaging he comes in. Are his eyes supposed to be one piece?

    A Vibrating Bullseye?!?!?

Wonder if they have a vibrating, uh, nevermind.

    I wonder how Woody feels about that . . . ?

Jessie still kinda looks creepy. That's unfortunate. Ah well...

    And Mr. Potato Head...
Yeah it's funny because in the picture on the packaging his eyes are separate... but they're one piece on the toy?
They definitely shouldn't be one piece... that's a huge negative in my opinion.
That's not what I imagine he'd look like if I saw him in a store.

Re: Toy Story Collection by Thinkway Toys

Today I spotted Thinkway's Toy Story Collection of Mr. Potato Head for $49.99 at Toys'R'Us. This is quite an expensive toy for this price so I recommend holding off for a sale or discount because out of everything so far, this is the most disappointing one.

    Reasons:
-parts don't fit on all places
-eyes are together instead of separate like the movie
-electronic movement prohibits regular articulated joints
-feet are not removable (no recreating "say hello to mr. angry eyes")

I went ahead and bought it anyway for educational purposes and hoping i spot it for less real soon so i can return it with the old receipt. I also took some pictures so when I get those cropped and uploaded, I'll post them here.
