Just a heads up for those interested, word on the street is that the Disney Store will be selling a Hamm piggy bank that is roughly to scale.

Someone in LA found it at his local Disney Store but later found out that they're not to be sold until later this month with the other Toy Story 3 stuff. This was $19.50 and I think it's a really amazing stand in for the Toy Story Collection.







Looks pretty good with the whole gang don't it?






BUT... I think Thinkway has a Hamm on the way per this picture from Toy Fair:

It's a tough call but I think I might have to search for this Disney Store Hamm!

As if you needed more reason to like Pixar and all that they do, they created a fake 1983 toy commercial for Lots-o'-Huggin Bear, complete with bad VHS quality effects!

Just a note that I saw Lotso bear at my local DS outlet last weekend so it is out already. I didn't get it (I have a feeling that I will regret this decision ...) but the hangtag said that he smelled like strawberries! All I could smell is factory chemical smell that comes on all new items *shrug* Anyway, keep an eye out - he is out there (unless it was a situation like Hamm and put out before he was supposed to? There was also a smaller Chunk available).

JediMelmac, our DS's here in the states have Lotso and Chunk on the shelves already as well. I've not actually gone to look though or else I'll end up having paid for a Chunk.

I sure hope they make a faux 80's commercial for Twitch!

How did you manage to get Potato Head and Hamm?

Those aren't my pictures of HAMM but I hear he's showing up at Disney Stores now.

Mr. Potato Head I found at Toys'R'Us. It's $50 so kind of a expensive spud. If you need help at all, let me know and I can probably find one for you.

Update on the release schedule of Jessie, Potato Head, and Lotso.
The three of them are now all available for pre-order on the online Disney Store.
Unfortunately getting to them is a complete pain in the butt because whenever you click on the "Toy Story Collection" link, it just leads you to the page with all the videos of the old ones, and no options to navigate to the new toys.
