Picked up a few things yesterday:

If he gets made, I'll demand Krypto and Streaky as well.

I forgot to list them but JLU also has Animal Man, Adam Strange, Warlord, Deimos coming our way. Oh and I forgot, Grey Ghost!!!

LEGO's are so much better quality then Mego Blocks. Lego has a larger fan base. MB are considered trash by Lego fans.

Can't wait for the SDCC reports! We had some terrific reports last year!



crud, for Pirates:AWE, Mega Blocks had the rights to that movie, and their figures were much more detailed, I picked up several different sets at Toys R Us, for that movie! Take a look at how much better just the Capt Jack and Tia Dalma figures were. These are only slightly more than one inch high, and also you can move both the shoulders and the elbows, where with lego, you can only move the arms, not the elbows:

Heck they could do a Super Pets type multi pack with Krypto, Steaky, Dex-starr and Ch'p. Throw a couple accessories in (like a bone from Krypto) and it would be awesome.

I also like what Hasbro has coming in the Marvel Universe line. The Goliath and Frost Giant figures are cool. Still I expect there is more to come.

A very cool Disney, errr Marvel pin of Captain America's shield from the Hasbro booth.



Going clockwise, a booklet about the artifacts from Lost, a Cobra dogtag, Starro (for those unfamiliar, Starro is an alien starfish that controls minds and is able to multiply itself rapidly) mask from Mattel, Green Lantern mask from Mattel, sunglasses that were handed me out on the street.

LOVING these. I love getting free stuff! Also, the Lotso is pretty darn cool. I like how evil he looks. I know a lot of people dispise the character, but at least he didn't turn soft in the end (pun intended!). I like that he was consistently evil, through and through.

Just read on another board someone got stabbed in the eye ball with a pen in Hall H. There was some dispute about seating. Hopefully this wasn't our Coheteboy.
