Or what I like to call him Hot Rod and Cyclonus. I still wish Hasbro can get there old names back and not just Hot Rod but others like Hook,Trailbreaker,Bombshell,Shrapnel and others they lost.

Wow, Bow has changed since I first owned him in the 80's from the original She-Ra line. Looks like he found a box of creatine or something ...

Re: The Recent Toy Acquisition(s) Thread II

Went to TRU today, picked up the following:

-Sword Spike Thor (friend of mine worked on this toy line, says this is the most normal version of the character... until they release another one in a later wave)

-Clone Wars: Cad Bane w/ Todo
    -Clone Wars: Quinlan Vos

    I'll have pics eventually.

Re: The Recent Toy Acquisition(s) Thread II

I was going to buy Sword Spike Thor but the right leg looked extremely warped so I passed for the time being.

    Got these however...

    Star Wars vintage Peasant Anakin

Someone keeps creasing the corners of the cardbacks at this particular Target. Even though I'm an opener, it still annoys me. Also, I saw but had to pass on Padme from this wave because the paint apps on the face weren't acceptable at all and had some small unpainted blotches.

Transformers deluxe Optimus Prime. Normally I would pass on this but with this great toy drought, I decided to give it a a try.

and then these cancelled Target exclusive GI Joe sets at Ross.

Oh yeah, I also bought the Recognizer carrying case from Target for $4.98. Yes, they are on clearance now!!!!

Re: The Recent Toy Acquisition(s) Thread II

I got something cool today. I never buy plush items, but when I saw these on Disneystore.com I wanted them. Still I waited until they went on sale. It just so happened during a recent clearence sale I was able to get them for about $4.75 each, after tax. They are each 17 inches tall.

The quality is really something. Great stitching and they stand without help. I have action figures that cannot do that.
