Here's some shots of my 12" Emperor Palpatine. Man, is he one tough figure to photograph. He's so white and pasty that any lights on him blow him out. Couldn't find a right balance.

That is a great figure.
I haven't purchased any Star Wars figures for a long time since there really hasn't been anything new enough to interest me. However this morning I saw the Vintage Sith wave and they were BOGO free so I picked up two Magnaguards, Grievous, and Sidious. At $4 each I didn't want to resist :) I also decided to get a couple of the new cloud car pilots from the Vintage line too for the new Cloud Car--plus that way I can mail away for the Boba Fett :)

Coheteboy. I couldn't fine any Ewoks,C-3PO or even Mace in the series but here is the ones that this one person on e-bay had listed. It not all of them. He said the numbers that are missing haven't been found yet so maybe the ones that haven't been found may have the Ewoks,3PO & Mace in it.

This isn't a new acquisition but it's a new open. It's been sitting in storage for awhile but since I only paid $15 for it, I opened it up. I already have the Japanese version of Skywarp and I still prefer it. So this one is staying as a jet.

It's a fine toy but the problem is, Masterpiece Transformers are made to reflect the toon as accurately as possible. NEITHER of these versions satisfies that. I guess if we're going with eye color and wing stripes, the Japanese version wins. If you wanna go with the tail fin colors and that of his shoulder thingies, American wins.
The Japanese Masterpiece is of a better quality plastic as well so there's no kitbashing a more perfect Skywarp.

I got them from BBTS. Smalljoes has a better price on the two sets but for BBTS you can pile of loot them with something else.Quote:
