Tonto also comes with a scared face... not very fitting for the character.

Measly haul but the upcoming SDCC haul will make up for it.

Just wanted to throw it out there if any of you are wanting to buy Star Wars 6inch Black Series, it's on toysrus' website for buy one get one 50% off preorder. You basically get $20 off, and if you another $20 something, you get free shipping. I basically got a free $20 lego set out of it.

Just got my MP Soundwave today from work. At first I had a little trouble transforming his legs into tape mode cause I forgot about the button on the back of the leg to press. The little finger that comes up to eject his cassetts keeps falling off of him but it's not a biggy for me. Here he is next to his G1 verison.

Re: The Recent Toy Acquisition(s) Thread II

those transformer masterpiece sets... do they differ in quality at all from the original Gen1 toys?

I have a special spot in my heart for Soundwave... but your photos make it look basically identical to my Gen1 toy... tho I'd love to have all the tapes and accessories again

Maybe it's painted instead of stickers?

As an action figure, the Masterpiece quality is through the roof. I love it.

I read some more reviews after posting that.. seeing the stuff about extra articulation, etc. I generally don't buy collectable toys.. but GI Joe and Transformers were my bread and butter in my elementary years.. and this is almost too much to turn away from

If only the stupid IRS wasn't killing me this year!! But I did sign up for alerts from TRU for when it comes in stock
