^I don't collect Legos , but I would love to have the Simpsons house. Hope they make Moe's Tavern and Springfield Elementary too.

It's been a great past two months for me in toys, I need to post a few pictures soon.

But when asked what I wanted for Christmas from my aunts and uncles, I thought of things I've always wanted. Among them were the Swinetrek playset and the accompanying action figures. Right now, I'm only waiting on Captain Hogthrob (and so are Dr. Strangepork and First Mate Piggy!)

Be prepared to pay $200 for that Lego Simpsons home

Although a great looking set, I think I'd rather have the Ewok Village were I to splurge on a set at that price range.

2500+ pieces... it will probably be $299 or more. Legos run about 10+c a piece.. and about 12c a piece on licensed sets. From the photo of the back of the box (inside of the house), it looks like it will have great design and detail. Looks like a decent build too (no crappy wall panels, etc).

The ewok set does nothing for me.. doesn't look very detailed or interactive. Its big.. but but that's about it. I've still got the B-Wing in box to build.. and I'm about halfway through the big X-Wing.. need to pick that one back up and finish it

Re: The Recent Toy Acquisition(s) Thread II

Looking closely at the figures, I'm guessing this might be the only way we get Maggie. The other Simpsons family and Flanders will be made available in other sets (or mini figures series) with NORMAL EYES.

Also note that Lisa doesn't have a Saxaphone… definitely a reason to release her again.

I may pass on the house entirely.
