Fire is a Club Infinite Earths figure, so online only.
As I understand the Mattel DC figures if you want Batman or a related character you can find them in stores. Anyone else internet only.

So after doing some research I have more information about the missing Borderlands figures.
Last year they released 2 figures based on the first Borderlands game. One was ClapTrap, the robot sidekick and main character . In Star Wars terms basically R2-D2 for the series, though R2 would kick his butt in a fight. The other was a Psycho Maniac, a random bad guy. To ompare to Star Wars again he would be like a Gamorrean Guard. Fairly iconic, but not a main character or all that important. The ClapTrap outsold the Psycho by a LOT. So what did this teach NECA? That main characters are more popular than background henchmen? Nope. it taught them that people only want ClapTrap. They don't want the main characters from the game or even the main villian. Just the robot sidekick. So they are just making ClapTrap variants
To put it in Star Wars terms again, it would be like deciding that since R2-D2 sold well there is no reason to produce figures of Han Solo, Luke, Leia or Darth Vader. They want yellow R2. R2- D2 with jets. R2 with a cowboy hat. R2 with a surfboard. R2-D2 with a bag of skittles.
Sigh.
For those just joining us here is a link to a gallery on cool toy review that has the Mattel 1966 Batman figures. Also a 1960s style Barbie Catwoman and Ken Batman.
