Hello MiceChat Peeps!

So, in a nutshell, I've been trying to complete my Dave Avanzino "land" series collection for quite sometime now. I would really like to present the collection to my wife for our upcoming anniversary and I need to find the "New Orleans Square" piece.

If anyone is interested in selling, I'm sure I could offer you a very tempting price (can you tell that I have money burning a hole in my pocket for this!?). If you have any advise or hints or can point me in the right direction otherwise, I would REALLY appreciate it.
