Not counting the first two all of my have been from WDCC. If u look in the first row of that stuff u will see them. It starts with Tigger,Ariel (Not WDCC)Belle,Donald,Ariel,Snow White,Genie,last years Cinderella and this years Donald Duck. The next once I want to get are Wendy and Briar Rose with Prince Phillip. Then hope when they come out by himself Capt. Hook to complet my favorite Disney collcetion.

Alright, time to post the latest three pieces! I think this will be it for a while. I was gonna get a lifesize kermit the frog but didn't to save money... and then I somehow get suckered into these! So yah... i should focus on the stuff I REALLY wanted. I do love these pieces but kermit... that's something I've been wanting for awhile.
First up is Susie the Blue Coupe. Ebay: $35. I remember I was a little kid and my parents had bought me a die-cast susie the blue coupe car from the Disneyland Hotel. It was one of my favorites until my mom gave away my entire bucket of hotwheels to another kid. I was pretty furious.

Next up is Mufasa & Simba. Ebay: $45. This is a huge piece. Probably the most impressive of this batch.

And lastly is Shere Khan. Ebay: $70. Yah, I paid a bit more for this one for some reason. But I like it a lot.

I broke down today and got my first piece, the Pirates Jail Scene that was released today at the park, they had the artist there signing it so I decided to pick it up.

I just got into WDCC myself. I've always loved the look of them, but couldn't bring myself to start collecting something so expensive, and so many pieces! Well...I caved and have started collecting the It's a Small World set. Really, it's all I want to focus on, but since there are already so many pieces in that series, it's easy to not get distracted.
My first piece was the facade /glockenspiel. I figured if I couldn't collect anything else, at least that would be instantly recognizeable. Then, I found the member's only "Sea Blossom" mermaid sculpture and bought it. She's so cute! Then, I just won the Tahiti hula girl, so I've got 3 so far. I aim to get all of the Small World set!!
Well over the weakend I got my lates WDCC at Disneyland it is of Wendy here is a photo of her.

I am a charter member. I have all the pieces that come with membership. It is a great deal. It is $55 a year. You get a that year's membership statue, a pin and they send you a magazine (Sketches) with beautiful pictures of the figurines.
I have the members only sculptures from the 1st five years ( Cruella, Admiral Duck, Brave Little taylor Mickey, Princess Minnie and Goofy). Then I have a few early "event" pieces. When they first started, DL didn't carry them. After they had an event, sometimes Costco would get the left overs and sell them for much less. Then I have a few misc. ones that I just liked.

Really? I haven't been able to find it. I know they have the modern company font, but I have never come across the Walt Disney signature font. If you could find a link, that would be great and much appreciated! :)Quote:
