Great pictures. You did have a lot of fun with that Joker figure. I agree. I think he is one of the best they have made.

Got a couple more McDonald's Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics Mascot toys:

Paralympics mascot Sumi on a sit-ski:

Quatchi and Miga in a bobsled:

The toys interlock into a "train":

And for my Indiana Jones collection, I picked up the Chauchilla Cemetery Battle LEGO set:

Hmm...I never got that Joker Thug with that particular variant of evidence mask. That's alright as I already own two of those guys and don't need anymore.

    I wish I had wave 10 Joker..

Coheteboy, I think that realistically I won't be able to find anymore of those $6 ATAV Joe sets. I mean, it's just too good of a deal for any toy collector to pass up.

Barbossa, those Happy Meal Mascot toys are great!

The other toys in the set include:
    Quatchi as a goalie
    Sumi playing sledge hockey
    Quatchi doing luge
    Quatchi ski jumping
    Miga on a snowboard

I asked at the McDonald's today if I can buy them seperately and they said yes. I'll try and pick-up the other 5 tomorrow.

Here in the States, they don't usually have every toy available at once and a few trickle out every week.

    Good luck getting them all!

Re: The Recent Toy Acquistion(s) thread

I went toy hunting today. I can't say I had much luck, except for this.

Masterpiece Skywarp is my 2nd Masterpiece Transformer. I also have Optimus Prime. I find them to be really well designed and a ton of fun. Especially when you find them on clearance. LOL

At McDonald's, picked up Quatchi as a Goalie:

These are the first four they have. I guess the rest will be released next week before the start of the games. It's too bad they didn't include Mukmuk in this set. He could've been the 9th toy, a fan/spectator with his orange #1 pointing/cheering glove.

Re: The Recent Toy Acquistion(s) thread

I'll post pictures later but I recently got:

Superman/Batman Public Enemies Major Force and Black Lightning (now I can build Brimstone)

And went to a toy store at the Block of Orange and picked up DC Universe Eclipso and Dr. Mid-Nite for $15.99 each and Iron for $17.99. It's a bit pricier than retail but I wanted to finish my Darkseid!

Re: The Recent Toy Acquistion(s) thread

Hey Mellonballer guess what I found at my Wal-Mart today? MASTERPIECE SKYWARP! GUESS HOW MUCH? $15!!! I totally bought it. Didn't have any more.

I have the Japanese release too so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do but $15 was too cheap to pass up. I like the body of the US release but the head of the Takara. I wonder how that'll look.

No worries, I went to my local Target and saw that they have an endcap now of no less than SIXTY of those. I'm not poopin' you. Four shelves, two of them with sixteen, the other two with MORE. $24.99 is still the price though so I'll keep my eyes open.

My target also has tons of TIE Fighters at regular price still and they just got a restock of Wedge's X-Wing.

Re: The Recent Toy Acquistion(s) thread

Here's another Star Warscentric acquisition post!

General Grievous from Clone Wars. I got this when TRU had a 2 for $10 promotion and never opened it. It's also the first Clone Wars toy I bought.

It's actually a very disappointing toy because of the lack of articulation. It has swappable arms but if you can't pose him in good attack modes, there's no real purpose for me.

I bought the Endor Attack Galactic Heroes set just for the hang-gliding Ewok. The rest is available if anyone is interested in it.. at a discount of course.

Got this set on Ebay so I'm that much closer
