Major Error on Olszewski's Mickey Mouse Pocket Pal

Olszewski recently released his newest line of "pocket pals" or as many people call them, "pill boxes." One celebrates Mickey's 80th anniversary later this year in November. The "pocket pal" has the error of stating his debut as DEC 1928. Mickey's debut was Nov 28 1928. Can this error be justified as to leaving the piece for purchase in the park? That is pretty bad showmanship of whoever did not catch that error. Andy's update on the homepage gives pictures of the newest "pocket pals" but there was no photograph of the Mickey Mouse one. Maybe it has been pulled, or it should be.
