Thanks, I can't take all the credit for the food shots. My camera has a food setting that helps take some glare away and make it look like real food. Gotta love new cameras.

Re: 4 Magical Days aboard the Disney Wonder

Wonderful photos! I'm glad you shared these, since I'll likely never get the chance to go on a Disney cruise, and if I do it won't be anywhere in the near future.

That's awesome that your camera has a "food option"! Never heard of that. Gorgeous food shots.

I hadn't heard of it either, but it's on the Nikon d5000. I used it a few times, but other times I had to pick the settings because the pictures turned out too bright.

Disney Shows on the Disney Wonder

Sorry it's been so long since I added more pictures. Things have been busy around here and then I was sick and didn't much feel like sitting at a computer. But things have settled down, and I'm feeling a little better so here are some more pictures.

The Golden Mickey's was the first night.

Basically it's an award show for all the Disney Films and Ensen Bensen has to do the show and doesn't think she can. But the 'Disney Magic' gets to her and shows that you can do anything if you set your mind to it.

Snow White wins for the first animated film. They make it look like the film here with a screen over her.

They bring up some kids as the dwarfs. But Dopey is there as himself.

Tarzan...swinging from the vines.

Cruella DeVil

Toy Story

Sleeping Beauty. Her dress changes color.

Pocahontas

At the end Ensen gets her courage with a little help from Walt.

Then we are reminded that it all started with a mouse!

The finale, complete with Fireworks.

Toy Story the Musical and Pirates in the Caribbean Party

The Toy Story Musical was worth seeing, but it was different in my opinion. It was good, but they only used 'You Got A Friend In Me' from the movie. All the other songs were different. The costumes were amazing! The pictures don't do them justice. (And don't worry, I was not using a flash for any of the pictures inside the theater. They were all taking at a sports setting with a high ISO.)

We were in an odd spot and I didn't get too many pictures of the Pirate Party. I wanted to but I didn't had the 55-200 lens so I wasn't getting clear pictures. But the few I did get turned out great, I think. Yes, Disney is allowed to shoot off fireworks at sea and is the only cruise line that is able to do that. Not like what you would see in the parks, but still really cool considering that when you normally see that sort of thing at sea it means Help.

Just like the others, great pics! Thanks for posting them!

thanks for the review of TS: the musical....I believe it is slated to come to DCA in the future. I really liked the picture of "the claw"...that part looks cool!

Thanks.
That was all the pictures from the cruise...I think...but I do have some from WDW that I need to get up here...things just get crazy and uploading pictures gets pushed aside.
