Just saw the update. The adult areas sound really cool! I was hoping they would reveal details about the atrium and how it would look, but I suppose that will have to wait for another update. :(
INCREDIBLE! I just saw the picture and saw all the new images on the press site. The designs are stunning! I LOVE the theming. It looks like something right out of the past!

Looking at the artwork on the official website: I love the Europa district of the bars. I'm a bit disappointed however that the restaurants on the Disney Fantasy are exactly the same restaurants on the Disney Dream with a couple of minor changes.
So the Aladdin musical is gonna be shown on the Fantasy eh? Guess this means that the show at DCA is gonna end its run by next year.

I was oogling the atrium and noticed that carpet.... that *could* be bad, but it could be better (depending on the shading)...
WDI is usually very good w/ colors and shades, so I think it'll come out good.
The chandelier and the carpeting are really the highlights, but the carpet will tie in with the marble inlays. It looks garish in the concept art, but I think it over shaded on purpose in order to highlight the pattern. Either way the entire atrium looks right out of the grand ocean liners of the past. Think Lusitania/ Mauritania.
I got to split my money between a Tokyo Disney Resort fund and a Disney Fantasy fund.
I am hoping to book on the Fantasy for 2013 (I probably will book during my cruise on the Dream in Feb).
I was thinking about doing the same- booking the Fantasy when I sail on the Dream in a few months. They don't give discounts when you book onboard the ship or do they?
Disney sometimes gives a discount and onboard credit for your next cruise when you rebook onboard. You may get to take advantage of a discounted deposit too!
Your travel agent may offer an incentive also if you rebook and give Disney your travel agent's name.
