Crew of recent W Coast Wonder cruises vs D Land?

I was surprised to read on a thread in the Disneyland section of Micechat
(titled "Disneyland is still my preference")
that someone thought the Wonder workers were inferior to Disneyland's cast.

If anyone else reading this has been on a Disney Cruise, particularly on a recent California or Alaska cruise on the Wonder, please write post on how your Wonder experiences/observations compared & contrasted with your Disneyland visits.

Tamie (starter of a similar thread on the Disneyland section), if this thread becomes a movie you'll get 90% of the $ from the story rights, not including our agents' cuts. (Picture Jude Law as a crusty Disney Wonder bartender with a heart of gold, and Russell Crowe a former Jungle Cruise Guide who was involuntarily transferred to the Storybook Canal boats. They don't meet till the end when. . . )
