Disney Magic in Mexico : Excursions?

Hey all, I'm going to be taking the Disney Magic to Mexico in '08, and I was just wondering if folks who went last time could share their experiences on the optional excursions in Mexico.

What was offered last time? Which excursions did you take? Was there something you missed that you wish you'd done?

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Re: Disney Magic in Mexico : Excursions?

    We did the following:

Puerto Vallarta - Swim with Dolphins
Personal comments: Well worth the money, and an absolutely amazing experience! (See my photo below to sum up the time I had. )

Mazatlan - Shopping (on our own - rented a taxi service)
Personal comments: It is a great place for shopping! A small shopping village is located right at the port, with some awesome deals. From there, taxis can be hired to take you just about anywhere.

Cabo San Lucas - Santa Maria Sail & Snorkel
Personal comments: It was a blast. The catamaran was a lot of fun, allowing for some great views. However, the snorkeling was a bit chilly, around 65 degrees. This is also "jump off the boat" snorkeling, so it is a bit more physically involved, and not recommended for first time snorkelers.

My plans (so far) for next year:

    Puerto Vallarta - Canopy Adventure
Personal Comments: I've seen photos and it's quite the jungle experience! Can't wait for this one.
